Carelyse Smith is the head Pastry Chef and owner at Travels And Toads Bakery in Queen Creek, Arizona. Carelyse spent eight years working in the bakery and pastry field graduating from MCC. Travels and Toads Bakery is open seven days a week and takes online orders as well. We are known for our flawless croissants, intensely flavored lemon tarts, sourdough breads, and chocolates. Everything is made in house everyday; she still laminates dough herself at 4am. Her motto in the kitchen: "If it's not delicious at 7 am, it's not going on the shelf" Carelyse has a love for traveling around the world where she has visited over 13 countries and most of the US.
